From my experience I can say that not only from dialog; there are more channels.
When I was kid I came to the ideas of god, death as a part of life, self-similarity of the world, etc. while being inside of the materialistic society, well brainwashed at school, and living in non-religious home. I could not explain the nature of all I had in my head, that's why I started visiting these forums.
I have to read Prof. Anton: I guess he does not believe in free will, though I could be wrong.
